VPNAPI.net Terms of Service

These terms outline the conditions for using VPNAPI.net (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Please read them carefully before use.
Users of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Users") agree to abide by these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms apply to all interactions between the User and the Service operator. The operator may set additional individual terms, which shall be considered part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Prohibited Conduct)

The following actions are prohibited when using the Service:

Interfering with the operation of the Service, KuronekoServer (hereinafter "our organization"), or third-party services through the Service’s infrastructure.
Causing the assigned global IP address to be blacklisted or damaging our organization’s reputation.
Placing unnecessary load on infrastructure (networks, servers), affecting service quality or upstream provider operations.
Using the service in a manner that may trigger disclosure under Japan's Provider Liability Limitation Act.
Exhausting resources via malicious or excessive traffic, interfering with legitimate traffic.
Altering information using the IP network service, or attempting to do so.
Unauthorized access to the Service or sending harmful programs.
Violating Japanese laws or promoting illegal activity.
Sharing cruel or abusive content (e.g., murder scenes, animal cruelty) that causes public disgust.
Associating with or supporting antisocial forces (e.g., gangs, far-right groups).
Reselling the Service without prior authorization.
Illegally using, transferring, or lending IP addresses, accounts, passwords, emails, or domains.
Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the system.
Causing harm or disadvantage to the Service, its team, or users.
Any other behavior deemed inappropriate by the operator.

Article 3 (Usage Restriction and Suspension)

If a User is found to violate these Terms, the operator may restrict or suspend their use of the Service without prior notice.

Article 4 (Invalidation of Rights)

If any of the following is discovered, the operator may suspend the User and invalidate usage rights without notice:

(1) The User is deemed not to have read these Terms.

(2) The User attempts to influence the operation using illegal means.

(3) The User was previously banned from other services provided by our organization.

(4) The User is judged to be in violation of these Terms.

(5) The operator deems it inappropriate to grant or continue usage rights.

Article 5 (Retention of Communication Logs)

The Service is not obligated to protect or delete logs in the following cases:

(1) A court issues a preservation order to retain sender information.

(2) A requestor’s submitted logs match with our server logs.

(3) There is any other legally enforceable request.

Article 6 (Service Suspension or Termination)

The Service may be suspended or terminated under the following conditions:

(1) Maintenance or repair of necessary infrastructure.

(2) Server hardware maintenance.

(3) Program updates.

(4) Server failure due to accidents or crashes.

(5) Natural disasters or other unexpected events making continuation impossible.

(6) Any reason deemed appropriate by the operator.

Article 7 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability)

The Service does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or security. The operator assumes no liability for damages or disputes arising from use.
For Premium and higher plans, compensation (e.g., refunds) may apply if our monitoring systems detect downtime beyond the SLA.
The operator is not liable for any disputes or transactions between Users or third parties.

Article 8 (Modifications to Terms)

These Terms may be updated without notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes agreement to the latest version.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
In the event of a dispute, the Saga District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
